Players Recruitment - season 2009-2010

The new season is about to start and teams are recruiting players.
If you are living in Ireland and want to play Handball, get in touch Irelandhandball (see contributors) and we will help you to find the team for you.
If you were playing in the open hadball sessions in UCD last summer....what are you waiting to get back into the game??
Men's and Women's league are friendly and good fun!

this olympic handball is shite

sure, you can go playing in the bundesliga anytime since you are that good. Sure your important contribution will be missed over here, but we will survive. Believe me, we will.

its that tayto ad, There's always one!!!

What would be Dundrum area nearest team practicing? I mean, senior women's teams.

Thanks!

the closest place to Dundrum are both Ballinteer or UCD. Check the google map on the left sidebar. Contact the contributor 53 for more details. Training is on Wednesday.

Susana, come to UCD this Sunday 15th at 3pm. There will be a match there...so bring your shoes etc...

Really? I am completly unfit at the moment but i guess a couple of trainings will sort me out then and put me back on track... will it be a friendly match or a real match?

Do you know if I need to take the bus in the town?

Thanks!

It will be a real friendly match! don't worry. UCD is not in town, is south side, not too far from Dundrum. I think the 17 goes from Dundrum to UCD. But I drive from Stepaside to UCD and I can go via Dundrum if needed. On teh left sidebar there are google map link to the halls in Dublin. Check where UCD is.

Alright! Thanks a million! I will be there. We'll meet in the UCD Sport centre, ok?

Yes, UCD sport centre, 2.45pm Sunday.

I see, you already found a replacement for me!
Susana, bring a cake ;-)

I know I will pay for saying this, but the first time I read Susana's post I didn't paid enough attention to the rigth spelling of the name, and I tought is was you (Susanne), but the post didn't make any sense if coming from you...so I read it a few times till I realised, it was Susana...then it made perfect sense. Anyway, Susana, for this week Ariane is baking, next time.....it could be you!! Susanne stoped baking. Her new rich club pays for everything, plus apparently nobody eats cake there: fitness fitness fitness!!

Ok :)

Just let me know when it's time :P

now, i have no more otion.. I have to bake the cake.
Andrea, when I said "I bring the cake" I didn't mean I was going to make it ;)
Well, susana.. You can bring the cake in case mine is not good.. :D

Bring the team down to Cork with your cake on December 5th. Tournament taking place all day :)

aaaaah, didn't check the posts for a while - and i missed a lot!
i hope, in the end someone made and brought a cake ;-)

andrea, no worries, when i read the posts i was wondering myself if i had written susana's post ;-)

and yes, no cake here with the greek professionals - they miss a good part of handball ;-)
