why what? Why they can't ref. or why DCU should cover? DCU should cover because....one method used to allocate refs to matches is to check which club can provide refs in the time-frame! So obviously the pool of people is alwyas pretty small!!!

We dont have any other refs!!! anyway its pretty much impossible for us (most of us dont drive being students!) to get to columbas for 10.30 am on sat!!
