1- I am no hiding behind 53... you will see that I put 53 everywhere. It is some kind of nickname.
2-I didn't get around in updating profile yet
3-the date is very big and at the top of each post...
4-other suggestion are welcome
5-round robin has nothing to do with round batman, it mean you play all teams in the group.
6-you can sign as well, just click on "other" and fill your ID

Marion, We decided to start te league on the 6th of November because we knew that colleges have problems in starting early than that. Both we also know that there is a large number of people ready to play anytime, and they are not happy to start so late. It is for them that we plan this CUP. To fill the time available in September and October. If you guarantee that you have a team for the cup, registration date can be "considered flexible", but we need to know how many teams will be there in advance.

thanx and of course, and I see your point! the problem is that we have two teams with 3 players each and each of them wanna play! But the situation regarding players will not change b4 end of September... We have a team now, if you let us play mixed!
With our success last year I wish to guarantee that we have teams again this year - we need only 5 more players each and that should not be a problem with 1000 foreign students arriving! I'm always thinking positive!!!
I'm very sorry to tell you, that I still don't see a date in the comment box :(

If you have only three players they can join some other club for the cup only! Other club will be a bit short! We already discussed this in terms of players registration and there will be no problem.
Another thing. Would you come up to dublin for the scheduling of the table? So you can meka sure your teams will play when suit you.

Andrea, I would love to participate more at the meetings, but it's 100 Euro I have to pay out of my own pocket each time I go to a meeting!
When is the time table meeting? I have to sit with UCC mid Sept to organize the hall and then I can give the times for our home matches to the IOHA.

Why is there no referee course offered in Cork? It is not very sportmanship to leave Cork out of the evation!

The one held in September is not a course, but only a update course. new rules and referee role in the senoir league will be presented.

The IOHA sent out a mail to ask where the next course should be held - also stating that every club has to present 2 refs..... that's the course I was referring to.
